We came knowing we wanted to have a two-Michelin star experience, and 212 delivered! The restaurant decor and set up was intriguing, allowing us to see each part of the process. The food was innovative, prompted curiosity, and got us chatting. Certainly showcasing the skills and talents of the kitchen. The staff was exceptionally kind and lively! The wine pairing was exceptional. The cheeses allowed us to experience the Netherlands, and overall, it was a great time! From beginning to end, this was truly worth a stop and it was a fantastic dinner!

This restaurant is a true must-try. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed into a cozy space where tables encircle the open kitchen, creating a lively yet intimate atmosphere. The amuses set the tone beautifully; each one delightful in its own right, with a standout presentation served in a crab claw that was nothing short of mind-blowing. My personal favorite was the bluefin tuna with broccoli and caviar, a dish that balanced richness and freshness perfectly. The crab and the wonderfully crunchy seabass were also memorable highlights. The main course, sweetbread, was the dish I had most been looking forward to. It arrived as a generous portion, with a lovely crunch on the outside. For my taste, the inside leaned a little heavy, especially when paired with the fish sauce. While ambitious, it was the only element of the menu that didn’t quite shine for me as brightly as the others. The pairings were spot-on and elevated the experience. I would absolutely recommend them with the menu. Finally, a word for the team: knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming throughout. Many thanks to all of them for a wonderful evening.

Outstanding in every respect. One of those restaurants where simplicity and complexity and originality and quality are in perfect harmony. The multi course tasting menu was well balanced, well paced and accompanied by an interesting selection of slightly “off piste” wines. Bravo. An outstanding dinner worthy of promotion to the top of Michelin’s and any one else’s list.

One of the best restaurants I've been to! This amazing two-star Michelin rating restaurant is as amazing as it is expensive but it's totally worth it. The food was extraordinary, the staff was super nice, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant and it was delightful to see the staff working in the kitchen. It was a great experience meeting the head chef and talking with the whole crew (each dish was served by someone else from the kitchen staff). All and all it was a unique experience, expensive but totally worth it!

We had an outstanding experience there. Sophisticated, very interesting, varied and delectable. The seating is perfect — all the tables are facing towards the open kitchen and not the other tables. The presentation was really meticulous. Fantastic non-alcoholic pairing, not the usual sugar cocktails but rather complex and delicious alcohol-free wines. Very attentive and friendly service besides the hostess who never smiled while helping waiters

Overall was a great experience. Dishes were delightful. Slight misunderstanding with one of the starters that somewhat unsettled the whole experience. However, don't be discouraged from visiting this place.
